BMS WORLD MISSION WORKS AMONG SOME OF THE MOST MARGINALISED PEOPLE,

IN SOME OF THE MOST FRAGILE PLACES ON EARTH.

FUNDRAISING FILM | DAYS OF PLENTY

I journeyed to Gulu in northern Uganda with BMS World Mission and their local partner, Justice Livelihoods Health (JLH).

The plan – to capture stories for their 2023  Harvest Appeal film with a strong focus on their amazing partner, whilst also highlighting the transformational impact their work is making in the lives of farmers like Barbara.

Barbara is building a happy home in Uganda against the odds: like many farmers in her community, the  journey hasn’t been without challenges. Fortunately, JLH has devised a brilliant solution to come alongside Barbara and empower her in her efforts.

Have a watch to find out more. 🇺🇬

Aaron really captured the essence of what we had dreamt of creating in our initial brainstorming sessions. It was a real treat to work alongside him. Aaron showed patience and flexibility and a willingness to adapt, as well as a necessary sense of being able to push back creatively. He also pulled in great voice actors and a composer, which took the video to the next level. Matty Fearon, Head of Creative Content

WHEN DISASTER STRIKES

Migongo Films was also commissioned visit and capture stories from some of the communities near the Ukrainian border to demonstrate what impact their generations supporter donations are making to families like Lilli’s. The purpose of this film was to say thank you and build transparency and trust by showing how the appeal’s money was being spent.

WHO WE ARE

BMS World Mission also commissioned a film to share who they are and their vision of bringing life in all its fullness. It was created using only existing material and stock video clips and brought to live with with some dynamic motion graphics to emphasis the key information.
